Marriott Root Beer Float Day benefits Hawaii’s keiki!
Cool down with us the week of August 5th with root beer floats at all Marriott International locations in Hawaii to benefit Kapiolani Medical Center, Hawaii’s only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. Marriott associates and guests have been ROOTing for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals for over 35 years, raising $135 million! “We wouldn’t be the organization we are today without the support of Marriott as our longest-standing corporate partner,” said John Lauck, president and CEO, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. There’s also a very fitting reason why they are serving root beer floats for a donation, turns out Marriott International traces its humble beginnings to a root beer stand.
