Today, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals announced that Walmart and Sam’s Club stores acress the country have cumulatively reached the $1 billion donation mark for CMN Hospitals since the effort started in 1987. Locally, Walmart and Sam’s Club stores have raised nearly $3 million for Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children! This year the Walmart Hilo, Walmart Fort Street Mall, and Walmart Mililani locations were among the top 20 fundraising stores in North America. During Marie Osmond’s recent visit to Kapiolani, she sincerely thanked everyone who participated in the campaighn.
